The course catalog tells you when the class is, the prerequisites, and how many seats there are. There are 104 total classes listed, each 1 to 10 hours long. What you don't see is that atrrs courses have quotas. You just aren't understanding what atrrs is telling you. They do not take 1 to 10 hours to complete. I am already tracking jko for classes and i am tired of wasting time doing hour long classes at a time (its 2024.most have updated so you can't just click through them anymore and i have done all the 5hr+ courses).
